Al llegar la empleada estaba escuchando con audífonos algo en su teléfono y no me escuchaba ni me veía, le hice señas moviendo mis brazos fuerte y subiendo la voz para que me escuchara y al voltear me miró mal y me atendió de mala manera, no saludó y siempre con mala cara, el olor del restaurante era nauseabundo, daban ganas de vomitar, un empleado puede dañar un antojo o a un restaurante

Que diferencia, en Lima hay una Super Atención al cliente, la comida tiene que ser perfecta o me la cambian. En Orlando, da vergüenza, las papas quemadas, parecien refritos y no reciencocidas como debe ser, el pollo lo
pedí en receta original y no sé si era crispy u original, y la persona que atiende, pareciera que le está haciendo un favor al cliente, no da ganas de volver. Primera vez que digo, en Perú todo es mejor (al menos hablando de KFC).

So what happened was I went to go order a Nashville chicken tenders and a spicy chicken sandwich the lady with the red hair she took my order but she had a lot of attitude and when she gave me my food after eight minutes, she only gave me a three-piece Nashville chicken tenders instead of four and she was giving a lot of attitude to everybody even to her coworkers And one of her coworkers says do you have any change? She says I’m only one person OK she just asked you a simple question. It’s not gonna be the end of the world. Honestly, this staff member needs to be fired or needs to be discipline hard because she cannot bring that type of attitude to her workplace. Especially said she gets see the same people every single day And honestly, I believe she needs to be fired to teach her a lesson

Paid extra for 2 breasts, was given a breast and wing and had to go back to get the order corrected,and they still didn’t give me my second breast, they gave me a thigh. Usually I wouldn’t care, but if I’m required to pay extra for something then it’s only fair I get what I paid for.
Then I sit down to eat, and all my food was cold so I couldn’t finish it. Not to mention, this location’s prices are higher than others. So I paid more, and got less.

Edit: today I’m eating the second piece of chicken that was supposed to be a breast, and it’s not even cooked properly!!😡😡

Won’t be coming to this location again.

Kind of mad at this expensive new combo. These nuggets are super small!
12 pcs for $10.30? These literally are half the size of a regular nugget! Very disappointing!

I’m sorry but this place sucks. Walked in to the register with my wife and literally everyone walking around and even looked at us and no service. Waited like 5 minutes and walked out. This was my 2nd and last time. Fast food joints do not care about service anymore and cleanliness because this restaurant was so dirty.
