Website is very easy to navigate & the cost is half of what I was paying as a walk in at Quest as self pay. When ordering your tests you can even schedule your appointment right through their website. Just find your tests, pay, schedule your appointment at the location of your choice, print out your test orders & receipt & your done. Show up for your appointment & hand them the test orders & your in and out very quickly. Really great system, works very well & saves you money. I would never self pay for lab tests any other way. A+++

Ultra Lab tests was recommended by a nurse at Quest to help me save money, which they did! The web site was super easy and because I had to pick 16 tests that meant a lot. A nice feature was that they suggested tests that typically go with my choices, faster to just click them into the cart. I went to quest yesterday and Ultra Lab already returned many of the test results to my email, this happens to be New years day. I feared I wouldn't have my results by the time I needed them on the 10th... looks like they are going to come through! Thanks for having it together!!
PS Draw fee was only $8.50....

Excellent experience. Best pricing and everything went as smoothly as possible. I went to Quest for the draw - they commented that they thought overall Ulta was the best labtests provider for direct-to-consumer.

Pricing looked competitive until checkout!! They hit you with a so called draw FEE of 50.00 !!

More than the test itself ( one test, pic is for two ) not competitive ! We go husband and wife so it’s an additional 100.00 for us to get simple health blood 🩸 work!

Hate the scam-ish low ball feel to it …

I hope others will REALIZE people aren’t stupid! The pick of bill is there competition lab Corp. Cheaper even though Ultra looked cheaper till checkout!!!

AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!

Be careful you will end up paying twice and they usually dont seem to fix your problem. I paid blood cultures on ulta website I got the bill from quest twice and Ulta will keep on asking me to share the copy of this bill and bill info but looks like they will not fix it. Its unfortunate that I feel cheated and on top of that uninsured too for which we use these services.. BE CAREFUL!!!!! DONT GET CHEATED!!!!

I’m hesitant to post because I don’t want everyone to find out how amazing this place is and make it busy! I had the best, quickest blood draw experience. It was affordable and I will definitely come back!! More worth it to pay for the tests than wait for 1-2 hours at a labcorp or Sonora quest!

Had a blood draw done at the Ulta Lab Tests Via de Ventura office. It was the best blood draw experience I ever had, no kidding. I was in and out of the office in about 5 minutes. It was painless and the office is beautiful and quiet.

I was very happy to find this direct to consumer lab test service. I ordered my own labs (no doctor's appointment required), had my blood taken at Quest first thing in the morning, and I started seeing my first results on their website later that day. They offer many different types of blood tests and the prices are very good. One of the things I like most about Ulta Lab Tests is the combo test packages they offer -- I can purchase one comprehensive test that includes all of the tests that I'm interested in, rather than having to select each of those test individually. I highly recommend "Dr. Tom's Comprehensive Health Panel." Thank you Ulta Lab Tests!
