The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars was due to the front office. When I went in there I was not greeted warmly wasn’t even given a smile. It looked like I was an inconvenience to have a appointment that day. But the back office staff were amazing they are friendly and nice I felt very welcomed and made me feel comfortable.

Everything went smooth from check in to heading out the door. These are stressful moments and can be life changing, but when arriving to a testing facility is 1 less stressful situation, it makes the situation more tolerable. But I'm most grateful to Jim for his wonderful spirit. It was greatly appreciated. The dad jokes definitely put a smile on my face. 😀

The front desk person is rude( no name due to the fact she doesn't wear a name tag). Will update after my exam.
What a difference once I was taken to the back for my exam. Stephanie and Vanessa were beyond awesome.
I would recommend this facility to any of my friends and family and just prepare them for the batch service at the front desk.

I brought my mom here to have a pet scan done. The technician Jim was amazing. Not only was he very professional. He was kind tentative to my mother's needs and extremely funny which made the whole process much easier for her. She went in scared of having it done, but he absolutely made What was a scary and uncomfortable test easy and had her forget why she was even there so thank you to you Jim. You were truly amazing. You definitely need a raise. We should have more technicians like you. You really love your job. We will definitely recommend this place and Jim for anyone who needs any scans done thank you for your Kindness and wonderful humor

The weekend staff was awesome. The MRI tech Ann was absolutely amazing with my young nephew. She was so kind and patient with him and helped us get through all 3 MRIs.

Staff was polite and helpful. Appointment went fast and easy. This office requires you to have an appointment but it much quicker than waiting at the first come first serve office.

The staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The building is meticulously clean. I've been to hospitals that were less sanitary. My procedure had a 2 hour window but the staff were so skilled, knowledgeable and personable that they had me out of there in less than 45 minutes total. They explained the procedure in basic terms and made me feel comfortable. The ladies treated me with dignity and respect and at the end they stepped out so I could get dressed. Thank you Elite!

I have slight claustrophobia and the guys that worked the machine and situated me were awesome. The main guy was very nice and reassuring and helped me surely overcome a fear this evening. Thanks so much
