Rudest lady at the front desk. I'll never go back to this place. Wouldn't help me because my labs were from out of state even though they've drawn my labs from out of state before. Keep in mind I just moved here and working on establishing doctors here. Went to Billings Clinic and they happily helped me and were the nicest people. I'll stay at Billings Clinic from this point forward.

Very efficient! From checking in, the actual process of blood draw, ability to view results in patient portal personally, and of course the physicians ability to have all the information in a timely manner!

My daughter has had her blood drawn her twice because they messed up. Now they messed a third time. And want her to come back. Absolutely NOT HER POOR ARMS ARE SO BRUISED!!!!!

Waiting room is times, counter staff is rude and they turned me away because my dr isn’t with Bozeman health… another failure by Bozeman.. when ever you thing they have reach bottom they find a new low and new ways to disappoint.

They refused us even though our doctor called in while we were standing in their screening room and told them we were not contagious. They did a great job making an ill kid more miserable!

Bozeman outpatient does new hire testing for us. We have never had a problem. They have always been prompt in getting the results back to us and guys have never had a problem finding the facility.

Came here to have blood drawn and was in the building for less than 15 minutes. Perhaps less than 10. The phlebotomist who drew my blood did so without me even realizing it. I felt not even a pinch. 10/10 would bleed here again
