Staff is manipulative, they lie. Haze and harassed me into a self discharge. After one rule break, food in my room, which I was guilty. And stood accountable, received my punishment, loss of privileges. No big deal. Lesson learned. But I was punished two more times for the same incident. They refused to give me medicine prescribed by my doctor. Subscription was still active. Even my therapist, for almost a year said , "you were treated unfairly". The case manager said, "I wish we would have done things differently." Sum it all up in two words, they SUCK.

I've been a client for 7 years. I was originally told the goal would be to get me life skills necessary for a productive and independent life and not need services. Instead I have been faced with harmful policies and the worst case management team I have come across in almost 20 years as a client of mental health care. The website lists providers that don't practice anymore and haven't been with the company in 5 years. For the love of all things holy find any other organization for your needs or the needs of your loved ones

Just like all of the people who left one star reviews recently, I’ve never actually been here. Just trying to balance out the hate and thank God I’ll never be as dumb as these people white knighting for a whiny brat. Every state should have a mandatory unemployment reporting law like Montana.

I saw the Reddit post the day it went online. It’s sad that someone getting their feelings hurt and crying to the internet can cause such terrible defamation… let alone people who have nothing to do with the situation reacting impulsively in such a negative manner. I spent time considering if I should try to negate a few of the blind 1 star reviews, and decided tonight to do so. Hopefully the hive-mind hatred is only online.
