I wish I could give it zero stars. I was admitted to the ICU from an ER visit. I had my 12 year old with me because her father was on a business trip. The woman who came in to register me told me that my daughter couldn't stay there and I needed to find someone to take her. I said I couldn't and she pretty much threatened CPS. On today's visit I was treated to a drug test I didn't consent to, and wasn't relevant to why I was there. And lectured about being drunk because I had multiple drinks the night before, and had 2 drinks the following afternoon with lunch. So hours after I had 2 white claws and still had carryover alcohol from the night before, I was treated like I was only there because I drink too much. The billing department is truly horrible. They'll screw anyone they can. 0/10. Go to the other hospital.

This has been the best hospital experience for me in Bozeman. The ER staff was quick, friendly and had a good sense of humor. The nurses in particular made it almost enjoyable to be stuck in an ER for a few hours. 10/10 but hope I don't have to go again hahaha

I just had surgery and they did not control my pain. I’ve been ignored and still trying to get pain management to help however no one is helping. I went to message one of my surgeons and got disregarded by the pharmacy even though she walked into me messaging my doctor. This is horrible how they have repeatedly treated me since November 19th to now. I will report this behavior and press charges against this facility for the abuse I’m receiving while being “taken care of”. I will not recommend anyone to ever go to this hospital. They will watch you as you die.

I was traveling in my RV through Montana when I ended up with appendicitis. My appendix ended up perferating. I was rushed to the Bozeman health ER. From the time I got to the emergency room until I was done with my surgery was only 2 hours. The doctors were terrific! They were competent, caring and quick. Throughout my stay at the hospital everybody from the doctors to the nurses and the nurses aides were caring, friendly and attentive! A big shout-out to Paxton and Linda! You all made my stay as comfortable as it could be in a very trying situation. Thank you all so much for the wonderful care!

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Unfortunately, I have had the opportunity to be at the emergency room and in the hospital many times over the past year. My care in the emergency room has been excellent. We might be long because we are so overloaded with, all the new people that have moved into our town. Our facilities are just not up to taking care of the influx of had. That said I think they do a fantastic job. Specially, with the stress of having so many people waiting to be seen. My care and my hospital room has been over the top. Fantastic nurses and excellent staff. Very friendly and very caring. The food is terrible, but I guess that is to be expected. The one week spot I feel is the hospitalist program. Last couple of times I’ve been in. It appears to be getting a lot better. I have no fear ever about going there for any care required. I have never been in a dirty room all the years I have been going there.

ER Doctor and staff are unprofessional, judgmental and never give the care that is needed. They fixate on things that are of the past, do not listen to concerns in the present, and treat you as if you are scum with no feelings or as if you have no intelligence and can see what they are doing. Their inability to treat everyone with care, concern and as if they are actually in this profession, because they have an unconditional love for humanity, is shocking. They would do better working at the pharmaceutical and insurance companies that are continually harming the American people. I am embarrassed and ashamed of them, this hospital and the way they behave and treat people.

My wife and I came from upstate NY to Bozeman for our Son’s wedding. After a few days in town I needed to go to Bozeman Health Deaconess hospital Emergency Department (ED) on Highland Blvd for pain and swelling that (after exam, tests, etc) turned out to be an infection. Soon after I arrived and registered I was brought in to an examination room. The ED Doc, Dr Timothy Sullivan, was great and spot on with his initial diagnosis! The nurses and ED staff were all attentive, considerate and professional. We live in a moderately rural part of the Capital Distract area of upstate NY where most hospitals have ED waiting times that are listed in the top five for longest in the nation. Although I was’t feeling 100% at the time, my ED experience in Bozeman was a pleasant surprise. I rate the care I was given by the Bozeman Health Deaconess hospital as top notch!

I had cervical spine surgery on December 30th, 2024. I received the BEST care from Dr. Smith and his team, and the staff of Bozeman Deaconess are awesome as well. A huge heartfelt THANK YOU to my team of nurses, aides, and therapists. Paul, Paxton, Brenna, and Maddie are so caring, thoughtful, and helpful. The same goes for Christopher. He had me giggling often as he is quite a comedian! Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the sweet CNA who answered my call light many times and took me on walk as I had high anxiety. The hospitalist, Dr. Ritter was a great help to me as well. You all made the scary experience of having cervical spine surgery a ton less scary. THANK YOU!
