My husband and I went in on Nov 19 having been sick for 5 days. The PA came in, checked our ears and nose and proclaimed nothing wrong but a virus. We felt she did not care or was concerned about our symptoms. We did not trust her. After having fevers of 103 for days, we knew that we were sick! Next day went to Best Med and they were amazing!! And yes, we both have Covid!! On meds and feeling better. Will never set foot in Great Falls Clinic again.

I recently had to go to walk in and I saw Dr. Clemens. I was not feeling well at all and he was so nice and caring. I had to get the dreaded nose swab and he was so gentle. Honestly one of the best providers I’ve seen at the walk in. Very friendly and even though I still felt awful when I left he made me laugh and lifted my spirits. Thank you Dr. Clemens for not treating me like I was just a number!

I recently had the first of two cataract surgeries done with Dr. McCafferty at the Great Falls Clinic Hospital the last week of December 2023. Dr. McCafferty's work was amazing (I can see like I'm 20 again) and the hospital staff was great! I'm looking forward to getting the second cataract surgery done in 2 weeks. I am truly amazed at how well I can see now.

The radiology dept is the best. It is never fun but they make it so easy from mammograms to MRIs. The staff are kind and professional. I can't say enough but would give 6 stars because I just had two days of MRIs and they were so helpful, kind and informative.

You guys make such a huge deal and are rude to patients who are running late but if you guys are running late we’re just expected to deal with it or reschedule (even though you guys already rescheduled my appointment and I had to wait even longer for this one because this supposedly doctor was going to magically be out of the office the day of my original appointment) The younger lady up in the ENT desk (with the short bangs) needs a lesson on how she speaks to people. She also needs to learn to let people finish what they’re asking before she rudely cuts them off. If I could give zero stars to this place I would.

Checked into Immediate Care today at 2:25 pm. P.A. Ashley Wach walked into exam room at 3:50 pm as I was putting my jacket on to leave. She never introduced herself, instead said they had had "a very busy day seeing over 80 patients with no bathroom or meal breaks for 6 hours." She quickly asked for my details, saying I needed to be more specific because she had to decide between 2 plans of care. I made my replies as quickly as I could, and she said I probably needed an x-ray, but no one was on site and I'd need to wait further for someone to do an x-ray. She had no idea how long I might wait. When I said I couldn't wait indefinitely, Wach said she'd erase my visit and left the room. Could she not have completed the exam and let me return the following morning for x-rays? Nope, she simply left. I have relied on the Clinic for excellent healthcare for 26 years and always have been treated with respect and care. God bless Dr's. Engbrecht, Guter, and Lake, along with every nurse and office staff person. Today's experience with P.A. Wach was quite the opposite. Sad days.

The care that my entire family received by the wonderful support staff, nurses and providers at the Great Falls Clinic was a world-class, five-star experience!

The app used to remind us of our appointments and to complete pre-visit check-in was exceptional and user friendly.

Getting an appointment to establish care at the GFC was a breeze. All of us were able to get scheduled in under a week after we requested an appointment.

When I went in for my appointment the experience was beyond anything I could have imagined. The first person to greet me was the receptionist in Family Practice. I could tell that they loved the important work that they did. They welcomed me with a warm smile and greeting within seconds of walking into the waiting room. I waited under 5 minutes to be called back for my appointment. I was seeing Lauren Davis, PA-C as my primary care provider. The nurse that works with her Elissa came to the waiting room asking me to come back. She was amazing and just like the receptionist welcomed me with one of the warmest greetings and smiles that I've ever received. She was proficient, relatable and very kind. I heard great things about Lauren Davis as a new provider to Great Falls and my visit with her exceeded any expectations that I had. She too was warm and inviting. She took the time to listen to my concerns, was very knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful. As a healthcare provider myself I was really impressed and inspired by Lauren's approach to patient care. Lauren also saw my boys during separate appointments as they established care with her as well and they raved about their experience (something unusual as they usually don't like "going to the doctor").

I had my labs drawn the day after my appointment and the lab receptionist and technician were also very professional demonstrating that the GFC provides consistent, high-quality healthcare across multiple service lines.

Finally, the patient portal which I accessed to get my lab results was very user-friendly and no doubt icing on the cake for our GFC experience.

My family's visits to establish care at the Great Falls Clinic weren't just a bunch of medical appointments rather a healthcare experience like none we have ever experienced before. An experience that left us very impressed, beyond satisfied and inspired. We are thrilled to be receiving our care at the Great Falls Clinic.
