Got up early to get there by seven as stated on website, that they would be open. Show up at 7 AM. However, the lab does not open until eight. They have changed their hours by taping a piece of paper to the front door. How professional. Thank you Great Falls clinic.

It's pretty straightforward. Go in the main doors and you will see check counters on the left. The lab is the last window (or so). Wait in line, usually a minute or two, check in with the clerk and sit down. You will be called shortly. There is cold water available and bathrooms nearby. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. I have come here for bloodwork a handful of times in the last 5 years. Everyone is nice and helpful.

These people performed lab work on my Mom against explicit direction from her family because she is in a high risk risk category for COVID due to her age and health. NOT something a a professional/responsible/trustworthy organization would do. Mike Krkosa
