We went through the drive through at 8:30 pm, two hours before close, and were told that they had no chicken tenders. When asked to clarify (because we would have been happy to wait 10-15 minutes for a fresh batch to be cooked) we were told that they had some but they had been sitting for awhile and she couldn't heat them up for us. What How does a fried chicken joint have no chicken tenders for the last two hours of operation? And not be willing to drop a fresh batch?

Aside from that, we got a family meal of on-the-bone chicken which was bland. The biscuits were better than Popeyes or KFC but that is the only positive thing I can say. I will not be going here again.

Also, it was over $40 for a 12 piece family meal. When did fried chicken get so expensive

I'm not a big chicken fan, but the $6 box on Wednesdays with 8 pieces is awesome. I've been coming here for years but never took the time to write a review. The crew is always friendly and patient. Church's chicken has the best biscuits by far. Expect to wait during lunch and dinner rush, because it's always jam packed during those times. I can't think of anything that I would change!

The chicken tasted as if the oil was old and it left a bad taste in my mouth . I couldn't take it bad because I was just visiting family . The hour I visited it was getting ready to close and I had to get back home.

Went to redeem a free item and the told me to go thru the drive thru so they didn't have to open the front register. Proceeded to the drive thru and then the same girl said the point scanner doesn't work and they have a 40 minute wait for chicken. She was also super rude about it and the two girls honestly seemed like they just didn't want to do they're job. I would give 0 stars if I could very disappointed. 08/28/2024 @ 2:45pm

Chicken two nights in a row? Tonight I decided to give Church’s a try. Great service at the counter & chicken was hot out of the fryer! I love the honey biscuits! I will be back!

We went around mid afternoon and the lobby was closed. The workers were really nice though and very accommodating. Love Church's chicken! Open one in Ocala!!!
