The only reason this place could improve, is the high prices and the fact there's black mold in the ceiling...
A small is over 7 bucks. And a regular cone/cup is nine. A small at 5 would be ideal and 7.00 for a medium. I have never been to one before so I didn't know what to expect. The sweet cream is rich and definitely creamy. I enjoyed the chocolate chips that became crunchy and snappy.

I'd probably come back to another location to try a new flavor. But a little hesitant with the ceiling mold in multiple locations of the store.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE.
Shame on the owners for their abysmal management of this pathetic excuse for an ice cream shop.

Walked in and saw five young (under 16 years old) girls talking behind the counter. Took a few minutes for one to finally come up and take our order. While waiting, we noticed there was black mold on the ceiling, the floors were sticky, and a strange odor was emanating from the shop.
When our order came out, we thanked them before leaving. When we got home, we were SHOCKED to find they had given us a completely different shake than we had ordered, containing a nutty flavor. Immediately my throat started to feel itchy and thank god I stopped right there.

The gross negligence of the incompetent owners may very well kill someone one day. Do yourself a favor and RUN FAR AWAY from Coldstone Allen.

This is the first store in the nation that has all 4 of these shops combined into one. After a 5 month remodel this Cold Stone Creamery has transformed. This store now includes a Cold Stone Creamery?, Pinkberry, Kahala Coffee ☕️, & Rocky ? Mountain ?️ Chocolate ? Factory ? all rolled into one. We had a great experience last night and my wife and I absolutely loved the Banana ? Cream Pudding Ice Cream ?. It is absolutely amazing tasting.

Today I was all giddy about treating myself to an $8 dessert (pic#1) that was sure to be the most amazing thing ever. Drove out of my way to get there because it was gonna be very worth my time.
Nope. What they were actually selling was pic#2 ?.
I should have read the reviews before shopping here. Won’t be back.
PS… the ladies were nice and the taste of ice cream was delicious.

Very nice workers. A bit strange there were 5 people and only one was helping customers but not sure what other responsibilities they all had. Most cold stone creamery don’t have a great atmosphere, so it’s not really their fault. Quality product!

Pick up order hadn’t been started 15mns after I ordered online despite there being no customers there mid-day. Barely any mix-ins for $9. Customer service was meh. It had been a couple of years since I’d been to this or any other Cold Stone. Now I remember why…
On a higher note, it looks like they have merged with PinkBerry & Kahala Coffee which could be welcoming for customers to have options under one roof.

First time visit with my hubby after a hockey game. We both love the ice cream and the shake. They are very creamy and definitely planning to come back. I wish I could give it 5 stars but I give a 4 stars here because of the waffle. I got a waffle cup which I thought was a great idea, but the waffle was stale and hard to eat. We paid extra between $1.20 to $1.50 for the waffle. I wish I just stick with the ice cream only. Next time visit only ice cream and no more waffle. Just want to watch out for stale waffle and no fun.

The flavors we got are strawberry, sweet cream and I love these two so much. The shake for my husband was cookie butter. It was very thick and yummy as well.

Recommend still because of the ice cream!
