COL did an excellent job on our pool. This was our first inground pool, and we were a little nervous about the process. Matt and his crew were very easy to work with and became like family by the time the pool was finished. We were extremely pleased with the whole process. They were so patient with us and addressed ALL of our questions and concerns as new pool owners. I am taking care of my pool myself, so they walked me through pool school with baby steps and came out any time I called with an issue that I couldn't solve on my own. Our neighbors even used them when they saw how easy our process went.
If you’re looking for a new pool or outdoor living area, please don’t hesitate to reach out to them…you’ll be glad you did!

We had our outdoor living space and pool built last year by this family owned business and I must say that I am so glad that we decided to go with COL. In every step of the construction phase, we were provided with details on what to expect. Austin is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the construction phase. He was always helpful with answering the many questions I had during and after the construction phase and always had a pleasant attitude. From the designing phase, to the dig, to the final completion date, Matt and Austin were always there to offer suggestions and provide their expertise when we weren't sure or hesitant about our options. They didn't treat us like another project to get done but rather treated us with such great respect and never made us feel rushed and in my opinion, apart from the quality of the project , their customer service sets them apart from any other pool company. It's been several months since they completed our project and it's such a pleasant feeling to hear from COL to ask how everything was going with our outdoor living space. They are great! I would definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have an outdoor pool or outdoor living area built. Below are pics of the before and after.

Awesome family oriented business! They were honest and fair, and handled any issues immediately; they even followed up to make sure that we were happy with the results. I've recommended them to my friends and they feel the same. I cannot say enough good things about this company because they obviously take pride in doing it right. I'm very critical when it comes to customer service, and they've far surpassed any of my expectations! Great owners, great employees, great company!

We loved our experience with Complete Outdoor Living! They were the first people we got a quote from and no one beat their prices or ideas - there were many things that other builders charged extra for that COL included in the base price. My husband was the one taking notes on the equipment and found that COL used the best. I was in charge of aesthetics. Matt has a great eye for this! I knew I wanted a ledge for our pool...Matt made sure the placement was so that it provided the best view from the where we'd be sitting inside and out. It was little things like that that made COL stand out - he looked out for us to make sure we had an investment we'd love for a long time. He understood our budget and made suggestions that would give us the best bang for our buck. Austin was wonderful during the construction. He kept us updated with how things were progressing and if there were any hold-ups or hiccups. He explained everything that was going on and patiently addressed all our questions (of which there were many...sorry Austin!) Their follow-through and follow-up are wonderful.

We did our homework for quite some time before making our decision on a pool builder. Complete Outdoor Living Pools & Spas was HIGHLY recommended by 3 families in our neighborhood and they were ? RIGHT in their recommendation. Matt & Austin were so easy to work with. They made the process for such a big decision like putting in a pool go so smoothly from start to finish. The communication with this company was impeccable!!! We were kept updated with ALL phases of the build. Once the pool was complete they continued to follow up with us and be available for our questions as new pool owners. They educated us thoroughly on equipment, chemicals, supplies and every detail for maintenance. We have so enjoyed our pool. This company needs more than 5 stars ⭐️ when it comes to the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don’t look anywhere else for your pool, spa or patio needs but Complete Outdoor Living Pools & Spas.

This family owned company are awesome. Matt and Dick received us with open arms and made our dreams come true with the built of our pool. They went above and beyond on showing us some ideas on 3D but also showing us other clients pools. They are very informative about owning a pool. If there are any questions about your pool they're there to answer your questions or Austin will show up at your door to check everything out. You guys are awesome. Keep up the good work. Definitely a good referral to anyone who plans to built a pool in their home.
