This location needs an overhaul on customer service and upholding the ideals set by this restaurant chain. Their were 5 employees and yet it still took over 20 minutes to get just a veggie sub. ( I've seen locations with less staff complete the same order in 5 minutes) It was in the middle of the afternoon and the restaurant was not busy. The staff would put a priority on online orders over onsite orders. The restroom needed a good cleaning and smelled disgusting. (This was brought to the attention of the staff and they advised someone will work on when they can) The restaurant was filled with smoke and most of the floor and tables needed cleaning. I will not consider eating at this location again anytime in the near future.

China is the name of our cashier. She has been our cashier before as well. Everytime we’ve been in, she does amazing customer service. Very kind, patient, she smiles and helps us with any questions we may have. She guides me through the app if needed. She came and wiped our table that we went to sit at without being asked. It’s hard to find someone with this customer service anymore nowadays. She should be giving the training! Everyone else we watch here just go through the motions and only seem to be pleasant to each other.

The Italian sub was too sweet for my taste. Maybe honey ham? Not sure but I don't like unnecessary added sugar. I won't be ordering it again. Service, location, speed all were great.

We love this place! Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket is our favorite! Don't forget to ask for the children's hat.

ordered food didn’t come out they way i ordered it instead of fixing it they gave e the missing ingredients so i can do it myself will not return to this clermont location ever again
