The older lady with gray hair is EXTREMELY RUDE. (I didn't get her name yet) when she speaks to you it's in a very condescending tone.
She is not patient friendly. This was my very 1st visit.
On the other hand the young girl that drew my blood ....she was AWESOME! Considerate and helpful.

Employees were very nice. Place was clean but needs to be painted or something. It's new so I guess they haven't had time to fix it up. But the Employees and their work is solid.

Worst place ever. They lost my order twice on my third trip I brought a hard copy and they couldn't figure out how to process it. I have never had anyone so incompetent to do a lab order. I never had to try for three times for them to say they don't know how to do it or we lost it. If they did get everything in successfully they probably would of switched my blood with someone else's because they are that incompetent. How they stay in business I will never understand.

I like this laboratory. I’ve never had to wait for longer than normal periods of times, compared to others. The staff is also really nice as well.

The personal are very nice and professional...very easy to get in..not like a maze like the one on Mountain View (then they turn you away).
No appointment needed..no computer to deal with on the wall.
Best lab in Barstow.
