i like my actual doctor here, he’s awesome, very patient, very understanding, very professional. but never rlly had a good experience when i’ve gone to the walk-in and been seen by someone else😐 i agree with the person in the other review who said they feel like a burden.. maybe don’t go into the medical field if you’re gonna judge people, idk just a thought?

Doctor Meiner is great, always very courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help and explain options for pediatric healthcare.

BUT the front desk has some of the rudest people. Very loudly asking about payment for a past due bill that belonged to someone else.

Also, I was seen there last week for a broken bone and they were supposed to refer me to Ortho for surgery but nobody did anything. It's a week later now and I still have the broken bone and they are impossible to get ahold of. My advice is to just go somewhere else.

Linsey, a scheduler/receptionist that works here is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. She also likes to take liberties with people's HIPPA protected information. I've had the pleasure of speaking to her 3 different times and each time is significantly worse than the time before. Everyone else that works here is great, it's too bad that she ruins it for them.

Absolutely in love with this clinic and the team of medical professionals they have. Dr. Meiners is phenomenal and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my daughter's care.
There is a significant difference between this hospital network and Benefis. Great Falls is superior in customer service, treatment plans, and patient empowerment.
I've always felt welcomed and at ease at this clinic for my daughter and never once had to question anything that was prescribed or provided(treatment/education).
The receptionists are so friendly and helpful and genuinely care about patient needs as far as administrative care. The nurses and medical assistants are so patient, gentle, and caring. We have only used Dr. Meiners since my LO was born and by far he is the best. He works from a place of genuine compassion and kindness and it shows.
I would recommend every person to trust this clinic with their healthcare needs.

I positively love Great Falls clinic compared to the other options in Great Falls but I will never be going back to the doctor or the PAs that I saw at the Northwest side I was completely blown off about my issue whether it's a big issue or a small issue a patient should never be ignored or treated as poorly as Is the gentleman that saw me today. I went in because I have a planter's wart that is causing me a ton of pain I have tried the patches and I have had them lanced and otherwise dealt with and to be told to just go get more doctor Schulz patches is not the proper response to somebody that has had an ongoing issue I get that it's not life threatening But it is still an issue that affects my daily life and I should not be blown off. Definitely not OK with the way my appointment went today.

Walk-ins are great to have but the doctor's need to do a "thorough exam." Not a less than 5 minute one. Even if you have a lot of people, you can't just blow right through your examinations...EVERY patient matters and deserves to be listened to. (EVEN CHILDREN)
I'm not saying this happens all the time but it does happen quite a bit.

I have been a patient 2 plus years at this place and do not recommend it. Trying to get my prescription filled takes sometimes up to a week even when I call days ahead of time they make sure I run out before they even will fill it at best. This has had a very negative effect on my mental stabilty. I will find someplace better that appreciates my business
