I had an outstanding bill that I had no knowledge of because they had contact information for me that was 8 years out of date. When I called the they told me they had gotten a lab request from St. Peter's hospital from my daughters birth (which was all billed to my correct address and insurance). The first I heard about this bill was from a collection agency.

I can’t believe how terrible this company is. I was sent to collections for a bill my insurance paid, and then when I tried to resolve it, I jumped through all of their hoops of contacting my insurance, having them reprocess the claim, verifying that the bill was resolved, and still they have not provided any resolution. I have called and tried to resolve it many times, and they tell me that they will “contact their billing agency” to get it resolved. YOU are the billing agency. I will be sure to ask any and all physicians that I see if they use this company before I am treated from now on. Avoid these people like the plague if you value your credit score. I also updated the phone number for this company on Google so you now don't have to call 20 places and track them down like I had to do. You’re welcome.

This organization does not identify the procedures that they bill for, then the number that they provide on the bill takes you to an automated system that ultimately hangs up on you or asks you to leave a message that will not be returned. After much effort I manages to speak to someone about why they had not billed my insurance company for a routine, completely covered procedure. I was assured that they would look into it. One month later they had turned me over to a collection agency, clearly not having resolved the issue or communicated with me. Very irritating!

This company sent me to collections for a bill I knew nothing about. I was fully insured when I think this happened during 1 of my 4 miscarriages. Nobody attempted to contact me and I am pretty sure insurance would have paid this if it was billed. Disgusting.

Apparently a Dr. Don A. Schultz (pathologist) evaluated a tissue. St. Peter's did not provide Helena Laboratory Physicians PC with my supplemental insurance information. I had to contact this outfit to give them the info. St. Peter's again has a glitch in their system. Cannot trust our only medical provider!

Sent me to a credit agency for I bill I have never seen. One listed phone number at st petes website did not work and they don't answer the other listed by google.
