I don't think I've ever been so insulted in my life! I guess even with insurance if you don't have perfect credit you don't get an appointment!!! Unbelievable!!! And rude as well. If you have perfect credit and/or lots of cash and need a sleep study this is the place!!!! They need to give you the option for -10 in a review!!! One isn't even true!!!

I was die hard against getting a sleep study done and getting on a sleep machine. But after working with the staff and Dr. Rue I was put on a bipap machine and after some time getting used to the machine I have notice a BIG difference in my energy level. Its been LIFE CHANGING. It does take time getting used to the machine and finding the right fit of a mask. If I had to choose my life before the sleep machine and after I would choose the machine every time. My wife has noticed a big difference too.

Thank you Sleep Diagnostics! My husband and I needed sleep studies, didn't even occur to me, there may be a waiting line Of course, my luck. There was. I was losing my insurance within a month. Your crew were outstandingly understanding and diligent to get us the appointments. I was first on the list for cancelations, fingers crossed, and it worked! A cancelation here, another cancelation there, Voila! Sleep studies, check...new updated DME's for both, check!! And allllll before the end of the month. We moved out of state, I still call the office to check in, give updates and ask how's the Montana weather. As soon I win the lottery, lunch on me for the office! (okay, dinner, too). YOU ARE AWESOME! OH YOU ARE SO AWESOME! YEAH!

Helena Sleep Diagnostic staff is kind, caring, and compassionate. As a new CPAP user, I appreciate the coaching and encouragement they have provided me.
Helena Sleep Diagnostic staff was incredibly helpful in getting my services switched to them and began answering my questions and providing support immediately, unlike the big national company I started with.
