Check in was quick and seamless. All the ladies were very patient and kind. The phlebotomist was awesome! She knew I was feeling anxious and not feeling great due to fasting, and she made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. And she was quick with it! She got my rolling veins on the first try, and I didn't even realize since my eyes were closed. Long story short, this is my new favorite location.

This place has great techs...but overall super sketchy when it comes to making appointments. I get that they cover other offices, but Phelan residents need them too. They'll book you and then just not show up. No phone call. No email
no text. Nothing. I waited for my appointment for several days, just to show up and not have my blood drawn. I'll never understand this type of inconvenience.

On Weds., June 28, 2023
Had to have blood work done for my daughter for her doctors appointment the next day. So, had to hurry down there before they were to close and made it within 10 minutes of closing. And we walked in and there was only one young woman working. And in a snooty tone said, hurry up and sign in over there your information. Cause I’m getting ready to close. She had my daughter go into the room to take her blood and she couldn’t find a vein in the arm she wanted it taken from. So, she had to go with the other arm and asked her if she had drank anything and she told her she had a cup of water before coming there. And she told her she needed to drink 2 liters of water before hand to make it easier to find her vein. Which I never heard of such a thing before. Not 2 liters worth at least anyways. Needless to say, she made my daughter feel uncomfortable and was rough with her when she went to take her blood and made her cry and made her start having an anxiety attack. She then proceeded then to call me back into the room after she was done and then the gal had changed her whole attitude and was being nice as could be. And asked her if she needed a drink of water and she told her no and I told her to to take some deep breaths and try to relax and that it was all over with now. She just wanted to go instead. My daughter gets anxieties to begin with, having needles put in her arm. So, that being said, in my opinion-was very unprofessional of the gal to do what she did. And made it a bad experience for her not to want to have that done even more, anymore ever.

Got there at 7:25 and they open at 7. No one was there. There was even someone waiting there that scheduled an appointment. They just didn’t show up. It’s tough when you work full time and need to work around your job to get there as well.

Can't set appointments knowing the location will be closed! They can send messages to do the express check in but can't send messages out stating the location is closed waste of time and gas

So being that LabCorp asked me to write a review, I shall. But I tell you what, just like all of the other Google users that have reviewed... That woman that works in reception,at the front desk. Her name is Judy. She is terrible! I have been coming here 3 years now, I've been there about 5 times in total, for my daughter, and myself during my pregnancy. Judy always greets patients with a rude short tone (I've seen her speak rudely to other clientele). She interrupts, she's definitely not gentle when she takes blood, and she does not take an account for other patients needs. It's so difficult to reschedule, and she acts like she is invincible. I understand people have bad days, but for me coming here for a few years now, and every time I see her at different times different months and different days... It doesn't make sense for her to be that mean. She has a bad day everyday. Even though this LabCorp is 6 minutes away from my house, I will never go back again I will go to a Hesperia or Victorville LabCorp for now on out. No one needs negativity like that in their life. P.s. the other women there are sweet and gentle and I feel so sad they work with that devil woman. I'm not one to leave poor comments but her attitude is just unacceptable!!!

Fantastic service. Had a bit of a hiccup with the stick, but that's more of my veins. The phlebotomist who was there was running the place by herself and she was dealing with a lot of beligerent customers. She was very kind and when I went dizzy and started sweating she did really good about making sure I was okay and that i kept my fluid intake. Will always be coming back to this location as long as I live in the area.
