I took my son in for his 1 year check up, I had no issues at his drs appointment. My issue is once I took him to the lab. Of course every baby is going to cry for blood work, they need to get more phlebotomist that actually specialize in pediatrics, The first Lady attempting to draw his blood was taking forever to find his vien, she eventually had her coworker come help her becauseshe didnt know what she was doing, I didn't realize how hard they were holding onto my baby until we got home. They literally left bruises on him! He had a bruise mark of her hand on his arm. It broke my heart to see this, if I would have seen it before we left you bet they would have heard a mouthful from me, the bruise marks didn't go away for 3 Weeks! Very unacceptable! I even reached out to member services and their lab couldn't even bother to contact me to give a simple apology. I recommend not taking your babies here for blood work.
