10/10 experience from start to finish ! I highly recommend this urgent care. Every staff member was fantastic, knowledgeable professional and helpful. Also, cheers to Leslie ,NP student . She was great! I was diagnosed quickly and received a prescription for the diagnosis. There was a small snafu with the prescription and the pharmacy but they were very quick at addressing the issue. Thank you so much to the staff !

If I could do 0 stars I would! I came in there for my daughter because she was showing major signs of a UTI. I came in and ASKED for a test, they didn’t even touch her. Sent me home with tips on how to keep her “cleaner” down there. I drive directly to Bozeman B2 care and they tested her, turns out, she has a very abnormal UTI. Thank you Livingston healthcare for failing my family once again.

This place is an absolute joke (coming from someone that worked in urgent care as a nurse for years). Had symptoms of a sinus infection for 2 months and I also told them that I'm swabbed 2x weekly at my nursing job and it's not covid. I had no cough, fever, shortness of breath or respiratory symptoms. They didn't even ask me what my symptoms were. They still refused to see me without a covid test being performed. What a waste of time, money, and resources. How can you refuse care to a patient because they refuse a unnecessary test This should be illegal. They're also the slowest at their jobs. My 1st and last time going here.

I came in with a laceration. Dr. Gretchen Wise was great. She cleaned the wound and stitched me up in no time. The wound has been healing nicely. She was very nice. The staff was friendly, however I had called earlier and the person who answered the phone was not as nice or helpful as I would have liked.

I do not recommend this clinic based on the experience I had. The PAC told me to call her if my sinus infection got worse after 1 week and she would prescribe me antibiotics (at that time i had been sick for 2 weeks). When I followed up the way she asked me to 1 week later the front desk did not allow me to speak with her but instead told me to go to an ER. I’m confused why I was told to call her if I would just be rerouted to another facility. No explanation was given why I needed an ER and not just another clinic. Also prescriptions to help with nausea were agreed on but never sent to any pharmacy. I was very disappointed with my experience and do not recommend this clinic.
