Bridgette is the tech I’ve worked with both times I’ve been here and she is so warm, kind, and competent I’m immediately put at ease when I have my blood work done with her. From her friendly intro, to her quick and skilled work, and warm demeanor, she’s a true gem. Quest is lucky to have her and we’re fortunate to have this option to get our blood work done in the high dez.

I will never use another quest again.
Bridget was fine as a phelbotomist. I think my issue is stemming from her registering my labs under a house account. It seems due to this my labs are seriously delayed. Im supposed to have surgery tomorrow and this will cause a delay in my treatment.
To top it off it seems quest over all doesnt believe in customer service, nor I or my doctors office can get in touch with a person to work through this issue.
Extremely frustrating experience..

I had an appointment, so I was called in almost immediately upon arrival. Bridget is a highly skilled phlebotomist, and she managed a truly painless needlestick. I'd recommend this Quest to anyone.

Quick and painless, they got me out of their office only two minutes from my appointment time. They were very communicative and professional. Will definitely come back for any future bloodwork.
