Very professional .. Self login or check in system make their n our work fast and easy. I have been going to this place for years n years. This place have huge parking spot. Make sure you keep your insurance card with you .. they need to make and keep copy of it every time you visit. Nice service .. keep it up 👌✌👏

Have had labs done here multiple times. Always courteous always professional.
It is a one person operation, she does it all. I think quite well. Have never had to wait and at times if I arrive early for my appointment, I get in quicker.
The few times I've come for a 'walk-in' have been pleasant as well.

This place needs to hire someone that is even remotely competent.

Why?

No notice in the door or check in counter that you need to have an appointment to be served. Sat for 15 minutes before I saw anyone to even tell me that. I pointed out this and was told that management won’t let them say that, but they will only do appointments.

So, I made an appointment for 3:30. I’m still sitting at 3:55. No one has come out to check me in or even acknowledge my existence. What are they doing? Talking to each other in the back. I’ve called out to me and have heard we are busy. Yea, busy applying for other jobs. Give me a break.

Came here to get my blood work done and I was a little apprehensive due to other reviews, however I am so happy I went ahead and went here. I came around 10:30am on a Tuesday and it was empty, I only waited maybe 3 minutes until it was my turn. I’m a baby when it comes to needles, however the phlebotomist (taller woman with dark brown hair and glasses) that was working did an amazing job. I felt the tiniest pinch ever and that was all! No bruising, no pain, no poking and prodding. Looks like I found my preferred quest 🙂 thank you!

Horrible customer service! Arrived at 1015. No personnel at desk, so I input my info via kiosk and was instructed to wait. I was the only individual in the waiting area. 10 minutes pass even tho the monitor with my 3 letter name says 5 minutes. 15 minutes pass and I hear a lady in the backroom laughing on the phone. Given she may be conducting business. 20 minutes pass and at 25 minutes I approach the desk and scream hello, to which a lady appears and informs me that she is on break. I then said I thought lunch was at noon. She stated that we are required to take breaks. It would of been curteous to at least have the decency to tell me that 15 minutes ago. She offered to draw my labs but I was so upset I left. It makes sense why the rating is 2.5 stars at the time of this review.

The phlebotomist is very professional and kind to patients, and she is always busy and very hard at work when I’ve been to Quest for lab work. I have recently found the need to start seeing a variety of specialists along with a need to avoid places where I’m likely to come into contact with people exposed to COVID-19 and also have had transportation difficulties for related reasons. I have called 3 times in the past week trying to find out if orders for lab work were received there so I can make arrangements and appts to get this testing done before my next spot. Please check the messages and give me a call back. I’ve left my contact info with the voicemails. Thank you J, sorry for pestering you when we are in the middle of such crazy times...

I will never go here again. This is the 4th time I've tried going here and they are never open the hour's they posted they'll be open. And I can't get ahold of anyone. They say they open at 7 got here at 8 then waited till 9 still no one here. Why do we even have this place?

I went there today and the lady there was rude and didn’t want to take my mom’s blood because she would have been behind on her lunch, god for bid she miss her meal by a few minutes. Never going here again.
