I have rarely, in my ~40 years, had people go the extra mile like they did. The front desk, laboratory staff, and radiology ran back and forth to make sure I was able to get everything done on time. I was happy and laughing, and it went very smoothly.
I was able to get a set of x-rays, blood work, and phlebotomy in under an hour and a half and my x-rays were walk-in!
I've spent that long in waiting rooms other places before. All this while it was storming and they were having to deal with flooding...which was handled amazingly as well!
The Phlebotomist is top notch. No pain. All gain.

A+++++++ service.

I am happy we have the choice of using UC Health in Woodland park for our outpatient needs. The staff is professional, helpful, understanding and listen to the patient. The PT department therapist are great. I highly recommend UC Health.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! The greeter, receptionist and phlebotomist were extremely kind and to me and happy to be there. Even early in the morning. You guys beat Florida Healthcare by a long shot! So happy to be here.

I don't know why people complain about this hospital. Probably because it is a rural hospital and smaller than the "city" one's. I have always had excellent experiences here.

Absolutely painless blood draw from start to finish. Minimal bruising. Entire process was completed in under 90 seconds.

I'll just say this.....the wait was minimal, the accommodations were sparkling clean. Sammy, the technician, drew blood effortlessly while making lively conversation. I could have gone another round, but she declined.💕

I had the best phlebotomist ever at Pikes Peak Regional Hospital yesterday. She was very caring, and hit the vein quickly and efficiently. The results were ready within an hour or two. I would highly recommend them.
