You can't call anyone on the phone which is ridiculous because not all questions or answered through the prompts. And you can't get in touch with them via email. I drove there to ask if I can just do a walk in for a passport. They said yes. I show up an hour before passport time only to find they only take up to eight people so I wasted a long trip. It's literally one sentence is all the lady needed to tell me.

the mail carriers at this location truly are awful. the amount of packages i’ve had delivered to a different mailbox, or a different complex, is crazy. and they take MONTHS to get back to you. i had to appeal 3 times for someone to finally check the GPS location of a package that was dropped to the wrong place (yes, they can do that).

Once again, another package sent to me by registered mail has not been received and considered by the post office as missing. Tracking number has it marked as out for delivery. This time, I received a slip in my door to sign, but it was already signed electronically and was supposed to have been placed in the package locker in the mail room in my community. Instead, it's been rerouted back through the system which takes 3 business days. Still, after all this time, no package. It's lost in the system.

This is the third time it's happened in a year and the people at this post office just shrug their shoulders and say they don't know why. I predict it's internal theft. In reading other reviews, this seems to be a common problem. I've filed complaints with the post master but over the course of a year, no changes have happened and the same people are still there in charge.

Well stocked with mailing boxes. Helpful staff. Can be a bit of a wait but they are efficient. Has mailing kiosk in lobby to print your own label if you want to send priority with their packaging- a real time saver.

this place has one person working majority of the time and is a high volume location surrounded by resorts. there should be someone dedicated to outgoing mail so 36 people in line arent held up by one person having delivery issues at their home address or picking up a missed package that causes the ine single teller to walk around the warehoisw for 15 min to find it
