What a 5 star service this store offers. And Zoey should definitely receive employee of the year recognition! She is amazingly professional and kind employee ! So grateful she helped me out it my shopping for 2 days straight !

I’m posting as this issue happened to me twice and I’m hoping that someone from the store management will see this and improve the service. I picked up few items to try from the ground floor and went up to the changing rooms on the second floor, I needed a different size so I asked the lady standing in the fitting room if she can help me get it from downstairs. She said she can’t cause she’s all alone, I asked her if she can page someone…no answer. I get out of the fitting room and I find her talking to 2 other staff members and no care in the world. Just zero customer service.

Very disappointed in the Customer service! I ordered a bag and unfortunately which I unfortunately needed to return. This is the first time I returned something to them and they charged me for a return fee. I think this is understandable if you return more often or all items (which was in my case the only item received which I also retuned) but you need to inform people about this!! This was not clear when I ordered, nor did I found it in the FAQ and return policy! This is unacceptable! I also would have been happy to return the item to the store since it's not very far from me if this would have saved a return fee and if this would have helped with reselling this item.

Very bad customer service. Popped up in store to return several items I purchased online. The website literally says you can just show a QR at the counter to return items. The lady at the counter was rude and almost started yelling that she needed a printed return paper from the package. She still processed the return for me, which makes me think she just wanted to argue with someone. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

While the Other Stories is just my favorite brand, I can agree with comments of other people, that find the service in this particular shop is pretty bad. I leave in Amsterdam only for a year, but have been in this shop quite a few times. First of all I don’t understand why they always ask people to put garments back on hangers in the dressing room. I believe this is a job of a shop worker. Second of all, when you are buy something just 2 minutes later than shop is closing they are soo pissed... but we are talking about 2 minutes, not 15! I was living in Barcelona before, and service there is much much better! As for the garments - they are my favorite, the combo of quality for price is just great 👌
